The Hockey Academy of St. Louis' Association Training Programs provide comprehensive on-ice and off-ice instruction to an Association's teams. These innovative packages take your association to the next level through expert instruction, innovative off-ice protocols and an on-ice testing program that ensures positive skill development progress is being made.
Association Training Programs feature a solid core of off-ice skill development book-ended by two on-ice testing sessions. The first testing session
develops a skill baseline, and allows our instructors to identify strengths and weaknesses in teams and individual players. This information is used to develop a customized training program for each team in an association. The second test takes place after the off-ice testing program, and provides concrete proof that The Hockey Academy of St. Louis' skills training programs help develop a player's fundamental hockey skills. The standardized tests provide accurate data on a player's forward sprint, backward sprint, crossover top-speed, stickhandlng and full rink lap speed.
Data from these tests is uploaded to our innovate online platform, www.mytotalhockey.com, which
allows players, parents and coaches to track the progress of a team's development. In addition, an association's Board of Directors will have access to the entire organization's test scores and cumulative training data through the MyTotalHockey website.
